Sealed proposals will be received by Spectra, operator of Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall and the Atlantic City Convention Center, as managing agent for the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (the "CRDA") 2301 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401for LICENSED PROFESSIONAL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SERVICES - AS NEEDED SOB forms, contracts and specifications can be obtained on website. Sealed bids must be mailed, presented or delivered to Spectra at Boardwalk Hall, 2301 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401, Attn. Clark Hughes. Spectra accepts no responsibility for the timeliness of any mail, delivery or courier service. Sealed bids shall be submitted in the manner prescribed in the Solicitation of Bids. The sealed envelopes must be labeled "Spectra Bids For- Licensed Professional Structural Engineer Services - As needed," and contain the proposal opening date and respondent's name and address. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et.seq.), N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Ownership Disclosure), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 (Law Against Discrimination). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
