A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This Project includes renovations to the Media Center / Library located within an active high school. Renovation scope will include upgrades to the heating system, flooring, ceilings, doors and hardware and lighting. This project is scheduled to commence this coming fall and be completed in January 2023. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of the Grosse Pointe Public School System. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
