The estimated amount 1 of the contract is between $10,000,000 and $14,999,999.99 . This call for tenders is subject to the "Pilot project aimed at facilitating payment to companies party to public contracts for construction works as well as related public subcontracts", the terms and conditions of which are provided for in ministerial decree number 2018-01, July 3, 2018. To the extent that an overall project is divided into different sectors, blocks, phases, segments, etc., each of these sectors is considered to be a separate covered project for the purposes of this limitation clause and the eligibility in the Instructions to Contractors.
