Renovation of a military facility in Hastings, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
NEARNG - GTS Fiber Optic and Copper Backbone Modernization Project The work covered consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses & permits required to modernize outdated communication lines & the communication infrastructure of the Greenlief Training Site in Hastings, NE. Portions of this infrastructure were originally constructed in the 1990's & are in need of comprehensive system reconfiguration & replacement to enhance connectivity & functionality of service. Project includes installation of fiber optic and copper communications lines, Pull Boxes throughout cantonment & the subsequent communication connections to approximately 15 existing buildings in the cantonment area of the training site. A new continuous fiber optic loop around the Cantonment Area will replace the existing "daisy-chain" infrastructure & provide redundancy of service. All removed cabling becomes the property of the contractor. If required, documents can be mailed UPS for an additional payment of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply.
