Contract No. 2022-01 consists of paving approximately 1,017 linear feet approximately 16 feet wide (1,808 square feet) of North 3rd Street between Division Street and West Street. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Lykens Borough, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work by October 31, 2022. The project is being financed in part with a grant provided through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The obligations imposed on the Owner by the financing agency(s) shall apply to and be acceptable to the successful bidder(s). Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
