The scope of work includes demolishing the existing raised floors, raised platforms, drywall, two existing doorways, ceiling tiles and lighting and constructing new raised floors, sound-dampening-gypsum-panel walls, two new doorways and one window, new electrical and data outlets, and new ceiling tiles and light fixtures.
