Renovation of a municipal facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, NYSDOL wage rates MBE/WBE, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project. Requests for interpretation or correction (RFI) shall be submitted to the Architect no later than 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June, 15, 2022. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF: A. General Construction Work, including but not limited to, a. Repoint existing brick and cornices at the 4 th floor on the north and east faces of the building. Seal any leaks preventing water from entering the building. b. Remove existing walls as specified and install new walls and doors with hardware for the space. c. Provide new finishes within the spaces to include new flooring (concrete stains and carpeting), baseboards, wall paint, ceilings (painted and ACT). d. Install new window protections at the exterior of the 4 th floor. e. Install new furring and drywall to exterior north wall. f. Replace four (4) existing thermostatic radiator valves with new on existing one-pipe steam radiators located in the proposed iPad storage area. g. Assist with the relocation one (1) existing VRF Indoor Unit to new location. Extend existing piping and wiring as necessary. h. Provide abatement as required to accommodate demolition and new work as indicated on documents. B. Electrical Construction Work, including but not limited to, a. Replace existing lighting in proposed I-pad storage area located on the fourth floor. b. Provide new panelboard in the proposed storage area and provide new feeder to switchboard located in the basement. c. Provide new receptacles and general power as required based on the new floor plan and equipment layout. d. Rework and provide additional fire alarm devices based on the revised floor plans. e. Coordinate installation of new security devices with owner's security vendor U&S Services. Refer to drawings and allowance specification section for additional requirements. f. Alternate -1: Provide a complete clean agent liquid chemical fire suppression system including tank, liquid, discharge pipe, nozzle, actuation devices, signage, control panel and wiring connections to power and alarm system. System will protect spaces indicated on plan. Provide for testing of the completed system and training for Owner's personnel.
