Traffic Signals and St Lighting Repair Management System. The New York City Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from appropriately qualified vendors to provide a complete Repair Contract Management Solution for the Traffic Signals and Street Light electrical systems in the City of New York. The project requires developing enhanced mobile work order management and asset tracking capabilities to provide electronic diagnostics to streamline the repair process and to track the repairs and the repair resources with electronic GPS tracking and time stamping. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is released through PASSPort, New York City's online procurement portal. Responses to this RFP must be submitted via PASSPort.
