Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and educational facility.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND On behalf of Student Affairs, the Purchasing Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide a turnkey audio & visual equipment upgrade. The equipment and installation is needed in the multipurpose conference room located in the Rudolph Jones Student Center. The Rudolph Jones Student Center (RJSC) conference spaces have become the epicenter for campus events. RJSC requires upgrades to its AV technology that shall improve audio, video, event lighting, simplified AV system management, and reprogramming of current Creston system within the 10,000+/- sqft facility. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract. Submit Written Questions Vendor June 13, 2022 by 5:00 P.M. Vendors will enter "IFB # 58-IFB223003-Questions" as the subject for the email.
