As of August 18, 2025, a general contractor has been awarded and construction has begun. General contractor information has not been determined. Plans call for new development of a 515-space public parking garage located on the subject property which is currently a surface parking lot. This new development, Findlay Market Garage, will include 15,000 square feet of street-level retail space. The future garage is going to be owned and developed by Hamilton County. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
