The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (hereinafter "RFQ") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 and City Manager Administrative Regulation 23 for Professional Services, from parties, (hereinafter Respondents). The most qualified Respondents selected and short-listed by the City will be invited to submit proposals in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Design-Build services for the rehabilitation of the Mt. Airy Water Tanks. Respondents are advised that this project will include Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and/or Womens Business Enterprise (WBE) inclusion goals Designing and performing the repairs, improvements, and/or new construction, including all associated activities such as obtaining permits, inspecting, testing, commissioning, and warranting the Project. The Work also involves administrative and/or management activities including, but not limited to: providing appropriate site safety and security; providing periodic project updates; coordinating with the Owner and/or the Owners representative; and attending, participating, and/or presenting at meetings. Any response made by the City will be provided in writing via Addendum The City reserves the right to modify this process at any time. The City reserves the right to ask for additional information and clarification from or about any or all of the Respondents. The City may require selected Respondents to make an oral presentation of their SOQs. The City reserves the right to check all references furnished and consider responses received in determining the award. The City reserves the right to perform investigations as may be deemed necessary by the City to assure that competent persons will be and are utilized in the performance of the Agreement and to verify the accuracy of the contents of SOQs.The City reserves the right to ask for additional information and clarification from or about any or all of the Respondents. The City may require selected Respondents to make an oral presentation of their SOQs. The City reserves the right to check all references furnished and consider responses received in determining the award. The City reserves the right to perform investigations as may be deemed necessary by the City to assure that competent persons will be and are utilized in the performance of the Agreement and to verify the accuracy of the contents of SOQs. The City may hold a non-mandatory pre-submission meeting. If such a meeting is held, the date, time, and location of the meeting will be communicated via an addendum.
