**As of May 15, 2023, project was awarded to Jeff Painting, awarded amount is $295,828.10.** Prepare, seal, and paint the exterior of the Redding City hall, Council Chambers, and adjacent accessories. Attention is directed to Sections 6-1 and 6-7 of the General Provisions, "Construction Schedule and Commencement of Work" and "Time of Completion." In accordance with the provisions of these Subsections, the Contractor shall begin work within fifteen (15) days after the date of the execution of the construction contract and thereafter diligently prosecute the same to completion within a period not to exceed sixty (60) working days. The contract time shall commence on the fifteenth day after execution of the construction contract or on the date of commencement of the work, whichever occurs first.
