Renovation of a transportation facility in Wiley Ford, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The RFP should include a Total Cost for the repair/replacement of any/all problem areas on existing terminal building metal and flat rubber roof areas. All associated work on metal roof including but not limited to: Installing new seamless flashing around perimeter and existing penetrations, sealing all existing penetrations, seams, replace loose or missing fasteners, seal all exposed fastener heads. Seal vertical laps. Re-secure any loose coping metal and seal all joints, use 3-4 course applications of cement and polyester fabric. Minimum warranties on metal roof: 3 years no leak warranty and labor and materials All associated work on the flat rubber roof areas including but not limited to: Installing new seamless flashing around the perimeter and existing penetrations, properly flash existing drains, re-secure coping metal and seal joints, use 3 course applications of cement and reinforced polyester fabric.
