Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Ludlow Parish, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Field verify all dimensions prior to commencement of the work. .2 Supply and installation of construction access, environmental protection, and safety barricades, as required. .3 Supply and install warning and closure signage as per drawings SK-1 (sign layout for trail bridge closure), in Appendix B. .4 Removal of existing railing system, deck and timber ties, as indicated on the drawings. .5 Removal of debris and vegetation on abutment seats. .6 Supply and installation of new railing system, decking, wear surface and ties, as indicated on the drawings. .7 All timber and associated hardware removed from bridge shall be disposed of at an appvoed disposal site. Handling and disposal of creosote-treated timber shall be in accordance with NB Department of Environment Regulations. .8 Removal of temporary works and project site clean-up. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
