Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ludlow Parish, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of supplying and installing a new water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and storm drainage systems along with associated roadway reconstruction, asphalt, concrete curbs and sidewalk. Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Town on Heron Bay. Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable.
