1. We will provide for you One (1) Stationary Officer at the University Center (Main, GEAR and Classroom buildings) premises between the hours of 5:00 PM -10:15 PM, Monday - Thursday. The Officer will remain on-site to help maintain the security of your premises and personnel as required by University Center Administration. The Officer will perform regular foot patrols to check that all areas are secure and ask non-members or those demonstrating unacceptable behavior to leave the premises. 2. Provide for you One (1) Patrol Officer to check the property on all Fridays, weekends, holidays and/or school break days to ensure the property remains secure when regular use of the building is not happening. A schedule for patrol services: a. Perform a full lock-up (roughly 5:00 PM - 6:00PM) on Friday, b. Perform an opening walk through (roughly 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM) & lock-up of UC1 with an exterior check of UC 2 & 3 (roughly 3:45 PM - 5:00 PM) on Saturday c. Perform a full exterior check of the property (roughly 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM) on Sunday, d. Perform a full exterior check of the property (roughly 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM) on holidays and/or days the University Center is not open to students. 3. Special Event security services may be provided at a predetermined rate as bid below per Officer with a two week notice given. The University of South Dakota is accepting sealed bids for the USD-Sioux Falls Security Services FY23.
