PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF CALL FOR SUBMITTALS: Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Professional Services for Major Capital Improvement Projects- FTA CONTRACT NO. 226083 City of Tucson, hereinafter referred to as COT, is conducting a competitive ONE-STEP process to retain a consultant to develop and prepare two Major Capital Investment Projects (MCIP) for entry into the FTA Capital Investment Grant (CIG) program. This project is funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and any contract issue pursuant to this solicitation will be subject to the FTA Terms and conditions contained herein.
