We would appreciate a firm, written quotation for any or all items on the attached list. Prices quoted are to be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid to the Northwest Fire District location noted on the purchase order. Purchase will be made by means of purchase order. Purchase orders will be placed as needed as soon as possible after the award and will be paid after receipt of invoice within Net 30 terms. Brand names and model numbers used in this Request for Quotation are for the benefit of vendors to determine the quality and general characteristics of the desired items. Vendors may offer alternate brands of equal quality. NWFD shall be the sole judge of equal quality. All supplies must be new, not remanufactured. All vendors shall guarantee full satisfaction of their products used or permit unsatisfactory product to be returned collect for full money refund. The Northwest Fire District is soliciting quotations for backflow prevention assembly testing, inspection and repair. Offered pricing must remain firm for a period of 12 months. It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract for the specified services beginning upon award through June 30, 2023. This multi-term contract may be renewed annually for a total time of contract not to exceed three (3) consecutive years. Renewal shall be a mutual agreement between the awarded firm and the NWFD.
