The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with up to 2 engineering firm(s) to provide comprehensive flood studies and identify or execute flood resiliency projects in high priority, flood-prone watersheds throughout New York State. These flood studies and/or projects will incorporate climate change predictions and focus on flood and ice jam hazard (i.e., where applicable) mitigation alternatives that may help guide implementation of mitigation projects to make New York State more resilient to future flooding. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 5 Years (3 years to assign new work + 2 additional years to complete assignments) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
