Renovation of an educational facility in Franklin, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In accordance with MGL c. 149, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the project known as the Envelope Repair Project at the Red Brick School in the Town of Franklin. The work to be performed will removal of all paint from exterior brick masonry walls; repointing all exterior brick 100%; removal of all clapboard siding and replacement with cedar clapboard siding; removal and replacement of all windows and doors; remaining wood trim at fascia, rake, and eaves shall have existing paint removed; replacement of deteriorating trim, all trim refastened and pa8inted; removal and replacement of gutters and downspouts and coating all brick masonry; and other incidental work as required. DCAAM Certification - General Construction is required.
