CIPP Lining of a Segment of the Charles River Interceptor (CRI), Elm Street Franklin, MA 02038. The Charles River Pollution Control District (District), a water pollution abatement district established pursuant to provisions of M.G.L. c 21, 28, 29 and 30, is soliciting bids under M.G.L. c. 30, 39M for CIPP lining of a segment of the CRI. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting; however, attendance is not a requirement to submit a Bid. Deadline for Questions: 7/15/22 @ 2:00 P.M. All questions not discussed during the Pre-bid meeting must be in writing and forwarded to the District. Questions received after the above day, date and time will not be addressed.
