Renovation of a municipal facility in Franklin, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for replacement of the boilers at the Franklin Municipal Bldg. Files sub-bids will be required and taken for the following class of work: Electrical 26 00 00. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Sub Bid Category Electrical Sub Bid Date and time (08/17/2022 at 10:00 AM ET) All GC must submit a Certificate of Eligibility in HVAC from capital asset Management with the latest revised Commonwealth of MA, Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAMM) Update Statement. Every General Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, or cash, or a certified check, or treasurer's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, made payable to the Town of Franklin in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid amount. The estimated cost of this project is $350,000.00. The CONTRACTOR further agrees to fully complete the project within 120 consecutive calendar days of the date of the notice to proceed. The CONTRACTOR further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day
