This project has been awarded to K-A General Construction. SCOPE OF WORK: Exterior Painting of Exterior Apartment Buildings and Modulars. ESTIMATED BASE BID COST RANGE: $195,264 to $299,181 The State of Washington pre-vailing wage rates are appli-cable for this public works proj-ect located in Thurston County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevail-ing wage rates. The "Effective Date" for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above. The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found on the Department of Labor and Industries website. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 8% WBE have been established for this project.. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. However no mini-mum level of MWBE participation shall be required as a condition of contract award.
