This Contract provides for the renovation of the Kalama Creek Hatchery Rebuild and other work, all to be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by The Nisqually Indian Tribe (Tribe) and HDR Engineering, Inc. (Engineer) Project Base Bid Estimate Range: $7,500,000.00 to $7,750,000.00 All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
