The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a qualified contract to provide Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems preventative maintenance, service repairs and emergency services for the equipment and systems at the Churchville Maintenance Facility located at 3050 Churchville Road, Churchville, Maryland 21028 and satellite locations throughout Harford County, Maryland. Pricing is for both the preventative maintenance work and time and material pricing for service repairs and emergency services as indicated on the attached bid sheet. NEW HVAC system being installed in the near future only within the Churchville Maintenance Facility located at 3050 Churchville Road, Churchville, Maryland 21028. The existing QUARTERLY Service Plan will STOP once the HVAC is replaced. The term of this contract is for three calendar years.
