The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to provide Plumbing Services at the Churchville Maintenance Facility located at 3050 Churchville Road, Churchville, Maryland 21028, and satellite locations listed below throughout Harford County, Maryland. Pricing is for both the preventative maintenance work and time and material pricing for service repairs and emergency services as indicated on the attached bid sheet. The term of this contract is for three calendar years. NO Pre-Bid meeting will be held on this (IFB). Location of work shall include, but not be limited to; Churchville Maintenance Facility, 3050 Churchville Road, Churchville, MD 21028 Conowingo Salt Dome, 4724 Conowingo Road, Churchville, MD 21034 Bushes Corner Salt Dome, 1 Rocks Road, Pylesville, MD 21050 Aberdeen Salt Dome, 900 S. Philadelphia Blvd., Aberdeen, MD 21001 Fallston Salt Dome, 519 Fallston Road, Fallston, MD 21047 Bids, requests for withdraws, and modifications not received by the time and at the place indicated are late and may only be considered in accordance with COMAR 21.05.02.10 Prices submitted in response to this solicitation are irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the due date. The Procurement Officer may, however, request vendors to extend the time during which the State may accept their bids. Once a bid is accepted, all prices, terms, and conditions shall remain unchanged throughout the contract period
