Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The prices stated shall be net prices and shall include delivery, installation and demonstration. All prices quoted shall be exclusive of Federal and State Taxes. Exemption certificate, if required, will be furnished to the successful bidder upon request. Purchase and installation of an exterior 18'x18'7'6" Steel Gazebo with a 6" thick cement pad at the Maple Avenue Campus. The estimate should include the purchase and installation as well as stamped engineering drawings The work will be performed starting after 7/12/2022. The Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 Directors reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding or reject any and all bids submitted and to award the contract in the best interest of the Schuylkill Intermediate Unit using the following rubric
