Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and new construction of a military facility in Leesville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

This project was awarded to Barlovento last year and it has been in the design phase. They are seeking pricing on the 100% design from our subcontractors. Construction will begin in August 2022. The scope of work consist of the following: Demolition of Bldg 10056, to include vending area, foundation, and utility lines. Design and construction of a new bathhouse with latrine, showers, and laundromat areas in the footprint of the former Bldg 10056. The total square footage is 2,000 square feet. Design and construct a "family" bathroom area within the new facility separate from the men's and women's facilities. Design and construct a mechanical room (exterior). Design and construct a janitor's closet. Furnish a temporary shower trailer. Remove the existing roof and construct new R panel roofing on Bldg. 10019. Remove the existing wood porch deck and retaining wall at Bldg. 10022, and construct a new wood porch deck and concrete retaining wall.
