Work of this Contract comprises of the complete development of the Town of Morinville Pavilion Building at the Morinville Destination Area (Splash Park and Outdoor Multisport Facility). All Demolition, Sitework, Underground Utility Connections, Shallow Utility Connections, Building Foundation, Building Structure, Building Systems, Mechanical and Electrical systems are part of this Work Scope.
