Reference Number: AB-2022-04993 Town of Morinville is inviting submissions from qualified proponents that are capable to construct, build or install standalone low maintenance, vandalism resistant and anti- graffiti washrooms that can be used all year round at the Morinville Destination Area (Ray McDonald Sports Complex). Following the evaluation of the Expression of Interest submissions, the Town of Morinville intends to review available options for the requested services within the stipulated period from August 2022 to April 2023 and shortlist to a request for quote process with suitable vendors. The proposed project site (Morinville Destination area) is located west of the existing Outdoor Multisport Facility adjacent to the Ray McDonald Sports Centre at 99th Avenue and 104th Street. The scope of work comprises of the complete development of washrooms at the Morinville Destination Areas, sitework (including utility connections for power, water and sanitary), mechanical and electrical systems. Excavation, subgrade preparation, trenching, backfill, and utility installation specifications shall be in accordance with geotechnical recommendations. The new washrooms must be fully accessible and spacious to be used as both washroom and change room. This Expression of Interest is to understand what products are available that can align with Morinville's Project Requirements.
