Renovation of a municipal facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of July 13, 2022. The Project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has nit yet been established.** The County of Portage Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Department (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract to provide repairs to 87 windows located at the Portage County Annex Building, 1462 Strongs Ave., Stevens Point, WI 54481. Are faxed Bids acceptable No Are e-mailed bids acceptable No Replace 87 plastic clips on aluminum windows provided by the county. Cut caulking at perimeter joints in order to replace clips. Existing windows are Kawneer Encore. Existing vinyl to be removed in order to replace clips and reinstalled after the face stops have been installed.
