Demolition, site work and renovation of an office development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; for site work for a office development; and for the renovation of a office development.
* Award subject to final approval. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of WPS vehicle inspection facility foundation upgrades - 44 Bangor Avenue. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Raising of building (b) Demolition Work (c) Extending height of existing grade beam (d) Replace deteriorated wood to include 2 x 4 studs, 2 x 10 rim joists and plywood (e) Work as specified in Drawing S1 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done and all conditions that might affect his/her Bid or his/her performance of the Work, and shall assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have been determined through such inspection.
