Renovation of a parking garage in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
* Award subject to final approval. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of localized concrete slab on grade repairs of the parking garage. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Scanning of the existing slab-on-grade to identify potential embedded electrical/mechanical lines. (b) Demolition of the existing slab-on-grade at repair areas within the storage garage at 421 Osborne. Estimated area approximately 5,000 sq.ft. (c) Re-establishment or replacement of fill. (d) Installation of new slab-on-grade. (a) Bidders are requested to register for the site investigation by contracting via email to the Contractor Administrator identified in D3.1, before June, 22, 2022. (b) Bidders are requested to meet outside of the 421 Osborne Street Transit Garage Front Desk. (c) Bidders attending the Site Investigation outlined in B3 are required to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment; at a minimum CSA approved safety footwear and non-medical mask or face covering. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
