No definite date for the rebid.** In person at Parkland City Hall, Commission Chambers, 6600 University Dr., Parkland, FL 33067 and Virtual Via MS Teams (see link in solicitation document) The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain bids from qualified contractors for the Pine Trails Park Front Playground Replacement and Concrete Enhancement Project, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this bid. (ITB). The City of Parkland is seeking to upgrade the playground within Pine Trails Park (10555 Trails End, Parkland, FL 33076) which is located front/central to the park. The project involves the removal of some of the existing playground equipment as well as the artificial turf surfacing and replacing with new equipment and poured in place surfacing. The playground area will also be expanded to include a 3 - bay swing set to the northeast side of the existing playground area. The project also includes relocation and repairs to existing structures. To supplement and improve the playground upgrade, drainage infrastructure, rain gardens, and native plantings are proposed to be installed. Question Deadline: Wed Jun 29, 2022 5:00:00 PM (EDT) The cost estimate for this project is $905,000; however, this may not properly reflect the current market condition.
