Renovation of a municipal facility in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
We do not accept bids by fax or email. They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered. Only sealed bids will be accepted. Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof. 150kw generator 120/280 volt 3 phase 600 amp auto transfer switch All necessary electrical lines and installation All necessary gas lines and installation Poured concrete slab and site preparation Equipment to install System installation shall include equipment delivery to the job site, poured concrete slab, installation ofthe generator, electrical wiring from the main electrical service to the automatic transfer switch, electrical wiring from the automatic transfer switch to the generator, gas plumbing from the existing gas meter, engine fluids, starting battery, engine and alternator adjustments as necessary, load testing with available building loads, and owner training in system operations. Provider shall obtain and supply all necessary permits and inspections. Product and installation warranty information should be provided in the proposal. Periodic service and maintenance information may be included in the proposal.
