The County of Solano, on behalf of the Department of Resource Management, Public Works Division, hereinafter referred to as the "County", is soliciting bids to procure 600 tons of Asphalt Emulsion Oil, Polymer-Modified Rejuvenating Emulsions (PMRE). The County will accept use of either latex polymer, neoprene polymer, butadiene and or styrene copolymer to be used in the County's chip seal program. Questions regarding this solicitation submitted in writing to the IFB Coordinator, email at KDPoole@solanocounty.com and include the e-mail subject line: (IFB Number: 745-0602-23 Clarification (and the name of your organization) no later than June 15, 2022 5:00 PM PST. All comments, Response to written questions will be posted on the Bonfire website no later than June 20, 2022 The work is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about August 29, 2022 and end on or about September 26, 2022 The County reserves the sole right to accept or reject any alternate offer, in whole or part. Any such acceptance, in whole or in part, shall be in the best interest of the County.
