Renovation of an educational facility in Fairfield, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Governing Board of the Solano Community College District ("District") is inviting sealed bids for the Building 1400 Lighting Upgrade Project #22-004. To bid on this project, the Bidders will be required to possess the following California State Contractor's License(s): B - General Building Contractor and/or C-10 Electrical Map of Building 1400 location can be found in 'Notice to Bidders' in Project Specifications. All project bids must include a 'Site Visit Certification' form, which can also be found in Project Specifications. A firm's failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and failure to include a completed 'Site Visit Certification' form will render the firm's bid as non-responsive. Technical questions must be submitted in writing by no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, July 1, 2022 to Project Manager, Jason Yi, via email at jason.yi@solano.edu. All bids received will require acknowledgement of receipt of any issued addenda to be considered responsive and responsible.
