Renovation of an educational facility in West Hartford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of replacement of approximately 26,500 sq. ft. of existing built-up roofing with a new fully adhered .090 EPDM roofing system, 30 year warranty. Lead, PCB and asbestos abatement is part of this project. Plumbing work associated with roof drain replacement is part of the project scope. In addition to reroofing work, mechanical and electrical work is included in this project on areas of reroofing.
