In addition, the RFQ is for Professional Engineering Services including, but not be limited to, state and federal funding application assistance, preparation of engineering reports, preliminary planning, survey and easement assistance, engineering, and final design for storm water improvements and for Mo DOT TAP sidewalk improvements including bidding assistance, contract administration, construction inspection services, and material testing for the City of Billings. The RFQ is also for Professional Engineering Services for ARPA Lead Service Line Inventory application and assistance. Information provided to the City must include A. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services required. B. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project. C. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules. D. The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located. E. The firm's professional experience in designing systems for wastewater and water projects. The firm will be selected based on the above qualifications. The selected firm will be required to enter into a negotiated agreement at fair and reasonable prices.
