Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newton, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Approximately 42,778 SY milling, 3,790 tons asphalt pavement, 516 LF curb & gutter, sidewalk and related appurtenances on K-15 from SE 14th Street north to the BNSF railroad right-of-way. Separate sealed BASE BIDS for the construction of: K-15 MILL AND OVERLAY - South of SE 14th Street to the Southern limit of the BNSF Railroad Right of Way - 42778 SY Milling, 3790 TON HMA Pavement, 516LF Curb & Gutter, 247 CY Concrete Patching, 235 SY Concrete Sidewalk, 167 SY Sidewalk Ramp, and related appurtenances. Separate sealed ADDITIVE BIDS for the construction of: K-15 MILL AND OVERLAY - Northern limit of the BNSF Railroad Right of Way to North of E. 11th Street -21494 SY Milling, 1904 TON HMA Pavement, 509 LF Curb & Gutter, 111 SY Concrete Sidewalk, 157 SY Sidewalk Ramp, and related appurtenances. The project documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer. The Engineer will furnish 1 electronic copy of the project documents, including the project manual and project plans to each bidder upon request. No paper copies of the plans for project manual will be furnished. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
