Improvement Type: Resurfacing Surface Type: 70 - Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (HMAC) On Route 1: Holstein Prairie Road At Route: Westpoint Road Toward Route: CTH J (Termini) Need for Improvement: Surface Aging Other Work: Culverts Thickness: 2.00 in Travel Width (per lane): 10 ft 0 in Left Shoulder: 2 ft 0 in Curb & Gutter: N Right Shoulder: 2 ft 0 in Curb & Gutter: N Asphalt overlay of one section of Holstein Prairie Rd, including, installation of tack coat, laying and compacting hot mix asphalt, and constructing dense graded base shoulders. Holstein Prairie Rd is approximately 2013 Feet (CTH J to Westport Rd). This is a TRI Grant Project for the Town of Adams.
