Removal and replacement of existing track in Sidney, Iowa. Base scope includes demolition of existing track, field event areas, and existing bleacher and press box. New 6 lane (8 lane straight away) track, field event areas, perimeter concrete and fence, and associated drainage, utilities, earthwork, landscaping.
