The Town of Big Sandy is requesting proposals for engineering and construction representation services necessary to implement this project. Duties performed will include preparation of the preliminary engineering report, assistance with the technical aspects of application narrative, budget creation, assistance with environmental reviews, survey-ing the site(s), creating bid specs and bidding the project, construction inspection, plans and specifications, communications with contractor/vendor, and submission of invoices, etc. These duties shall be performed as neces-sary throughout the lifecycle of the project.
