Site work and paving for a civil project in Petersburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors are seeking bids for the removal of two concrete pipe culverts located on Camp Road. The existing double barrel culvert will be replaced with an aluminum box culvert sized 54'-0" 10'-0" X 4'-10" using grant monies from the Huntingdon County Conservation District Dirt, Gravel, and Low-Volume Road (DGLVR) Program. The project includes associated E&S measures, excavation, grading, and traffic control along with road surface restoration and stream restoration which includes restoring a continuous stream channel upstream, through, and downstream of the new structure, including bank margins, a low-flow channel, and rock riffles for grade control. All work must be completed by August 31, 2022, and liquidated damages of $870.00 per business day will apply. Prevailing wage rates apply.
