Work must begin on August 29 and end no later than October 7, 2022. This turnkey contract includes, but is not limited to, the demolition, deconstruction and decontamination of the building (including all accessory buildings, septic tank, swimming pool, paving, concrete structures, etc.), and land leveling to make everything ready to build. The Contractor must carry out all work implicit and not specifically described, but necessary for the perfect completion of the work. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with all the stakeholders and professionals he has proposed in order to ensure the execution and complete completion of the project. As stipulated in section 7.00 of the Tender Form, the tenderer must make sure to include all the documents requested by the City. Failure to provide any of the requested documents could result in the rejection of his bid. In addition, submissions must be submitted in two (2) copies (1 original and 1 copy).
