Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sparta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
No bids received will not be rebidding project All bids will be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within sixty (60) days of the bid opening. If a bidder is not selected within sixty (60) days of the bid opening, any bidder that is determined by the OWNER to be unlikely of being selected for contract award shall be released from their bid. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: The proposed pocket park improvements include pre-construction photos; clean up and leveling of site; brick pavers; concrete pads for benches and picnic tables; furnish benches and tables, fencing, irrigation system; trash cans; landscaping; site grassing; concrete sidewalk and steps; handicap ramp and other items as described on plans and in specifications. Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER.
