Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Goshen, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project generally consists of demolition of three residences and restoration of the lots to their natural state, as well as tree clearing at the Harmony Lake Dam. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site before bidding. Site visits to be coordinated with Engineer. The Bidder awarded this project shall complete the project within 90 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000 per calendar day. Each Bidder shall submit with their bid an acceptable security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Invitation to Bid and Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of bid opening The OCEA reserves the right to waive any bidding informality or to reject any or all bids.
