Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Storrs Mansfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of August 25, 2022. The Project has not yet been awarded. A Timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Facilities Management Department is requesting a proposal from contractors for the removal and installation of air handler units at the Mansfield Community Center. The scope of work consists of removing the existing Air Handler Unit (AHU) that services the Mansfield Community Center locker rooms and installing one (1) new AHU unit in its place. The removal of duct work and replacement with new duct work and dehumidification is also part of the scope of work If any bidder contemplating submitting a proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of these specifications, he may submit requests for information and/or clarification in writing via e-mail to maintenance@mansfieldct.org by June 23, 2022.
