The Town of Mansfield is soliciting proposals and qualifications from survey firms, licensed in the State of Connecticut, for survey services for the development of a road realignment and multi-use trail. If any bidder contemplating submitting a proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of these specifications, he may submit requests for information and/or clarification in writing via e-mail to dpw@mansfieldct.org by January 11, 2023. No interpretations as to the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other Contract Documents shall be made to any bidder orally Contractors may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and/or Payment Bond if awarded the contract. Attorneys-in-fact who sign contract bonds must file, with each bond, a certified and effectively dated copy of their power of attorney. Certificates of Insurance may be required and must be furnished by the Contractor prior to any work being performed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
