No information thus obtained engages the responsibility of the Town of Pincourt. The tenderer must obtain and provide, at his own expense, a tender guarantee of an amount equivalent to 10% of the amount of his tender under penalty of rejection of his tender . This guarantee must be in the form of: Certified check made out to Ville de Pincourt and drawn on an account registered with a financial institution doing business in Québec. Bid bond valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) consecutive days following the opening date of bids issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in Canada without restriction and having an establishment in Quebec. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement for the Release of Public Markets in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB).
